Wine Tasting at Hellams Vineyard: Featuring Michael David Winery

This Saturday, June 11th from 1 - 5 p.m. we'll feature Michael David Wines from the Lodi region in California.  Michael & David Phillips have generations of family that have farmed this soil since the 1860’s and cultivating wine grapes since the early 20th century. They are the founders of Michael David Winery, and are 5th generation grape growers who have raised their families in the vineyard, and now the 6th generation has joined the team, Mike’s son Kevin and daughter Melissa. A love of Lodi drives the focus on  world class wines and sustainability.  More than just a winery, Michael David is a close-knit team of dedicated sales and tasting room staff, winemakers and growers... they adopt a 'work hard, play hard' mentality.  Named Winery of the Year in 2020 by Wine Enthusiast Magazine, their wines get international attention of full, robust character, courtesy of the hot and dry conditions in the Lodi region.  We'll be joined by Northwest Sales Manager Ken Winch, who will feature 7 wines from the portfolio including a limited Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Earthquake Zinfandel, several from the Freakshow line including the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, and the 6th Sense Syrah, a wine that recently took home huge awards in an international competition.  The winery currently has a 'cash back' rebate program through the end of June... including a $42 credit for a case (12 bottle) purchase.  Ken will have credit vouchers on hand... this is an amazing deal so take advantage!   In addition we'll have 20% case discounts, mixed ok, and glass pours/bottle sales for onsite enjoyment.   $5 tasting flight for all 7 wines.
