Event Description:
This April, we’re shucking and serving fresh local oysters in beautiful Skagit Valley at La Conner Sips Wine Bar!
Friday 4/2 and Saturday 4/10, 4/17, 4/24 from 12:00-6:00 PM.
Pair oysters on the half shell with wine tasting flight, glass pours, tap and bottle beers and cider Enjoy waterfront, patio, tasting bar, or cozy back room. Enjoy raw oysters with an eclectic variety of wine from Washington and around the world!
Oysters are grown on Fidalgo Island by Swinomish Shellfish Co. The taste of these oysters brings you the flavors of Skagit Valley from the mountains to the sea in one magnificent bite! Served with mignonette, lemon and hot sauce.
Grab-and-Go Oyster for sale “Live and In-Shell”. Take them home and prepare how you like! Please bring your cooler.
