Event Description:
Participants may choose to have their blood tested for: Cholesterol and Glucose, Vitamin D, or both with one blood draw. The cost for Cholesterol and Glucose is $15 (requires a 12-hour fast except for water and medications), Vitamin D is $40, or both screenings for $55.
No appointment required. Please do not arrive before 7:30 a.m. If you have insurance and are not on Medicare or Medicaid, we can bill your insurance directly for this screening. Please bring your insurance card. For questions call 360-299-1309.
