2021 Art Preview & Auction - Museum of NW Art
Mark your calendars, this year's annual juried auction will take place from June 10 - 13, with all selected Silent and Live auction artworks will be on view, by appointment only, at MoNA’s galleries from May 27 - June 9.
The MoNA Art Auction, now in its 29th year, remains the Museum's largest annual fundraiser. We have much to celebrate this year as it is MoNA's 40th Anniversary! As one of the Northwest's most recognized museums, we will be looking back at the First Forty and together raise support for the Next Forty. As COVID-19 restrictions are still in place, we will not be gathering this year in our white tent behind the Museum, this year’s auction will be online making it possible for anyone with an internet connection to attend.
Lisa Young, MoNA's former Exhibitions Director, Curator of the Permanent Collection, will be the 2021 Auction Juror. We realize none of this could happen without you. When you you help support our mission to collect, preserve, interpret, exhibit art, and support artists in the Pacific Northwest to help integrate art into people's lives. Let's come together online, and help MoNA continue FREE admission and enriching art programs for our communities and take the Auction as an opportunity to celebrate Northwest artists and their artwork, bringing together seasoned and novice collectors, artists, museum patrons and community members.
