SCB Summer Concert The Skagit Community Band, under the direction of Vince Fejeran, presents a free outdoor concert in Gilkey square on Saturday, August 26, at 2:00 pm in beautiful downtown LaConner. A summertime tradition for more than 17 years, the program features exciting selections spanning the swing era, traditional concert band gazebo favorites, and contemporary show and film tunes.
