Save the date! Christianson's Nursery and the Pacific Northwest Giant Pumpkin Growers have partnered up once again and are planning a great festival for this year. Highlights will include:
- Giant pumpkin weigh-off with generous cash prizes from local sponsors
- Giant cabbage contest
- Exhibit areas for you to show off other giant vegetables, children’s pumpkins, and big sunflowers
- Harvest Food from Tweets Café in Edison
- Musicians Laurel Bliss and John Clark will play old-time, Cajun and bluegrass music (noon - 2 pm)
- Pony Rides
- Face Painting
- Family Carnival Games (free)
- Toad Races (free)
- 'Bats Incredible' class with "The Bat Lady" Kathleen Bander (11 am - noon)
